Job Overview The Associate Director, Marketing Analytics – OAB position will lead business insights for the commercial organization as it relates to the Overactive Bladder therapeutic area. This role will operate with diverse data sources, vendors, and stakeholders in a rapidly changing business environment. It reports to the Director, Commercial Analytics – OAB and partners with marketing, finance, and market access leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and reliable insights across the commercial organization.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated insights from data and information to shape commercial strategy and decisions.

Partner with key stakeholders to create and execute annual market research and analytics plans aligned to brand strategy and performance measurement needs.

Conduct advanced analytics for brand teams to inform brand planning, promotional resource allocation, and marketing strategies, including patient journey creation and ROI analysis.

Support Gemtesa brand‑specific situational analysis, tactical planning, and KPI development within the brand planning process.

Provide key insights and assumptions for annual and long‑range financial planning and forecasting in partnership with brand leadership.

Create compelling presentations of actionable insights for brand leadership, cross‑functional partners, and senior management, adapting communication style to the audience.

Lead the development of deep‑dive analytic suites that consolidate insights from multiple internal and external sources to explain brand performance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Gemtesa brand team.

Prioritize key business questions with medical, clinical, brand, and other partners across the organization.

Manage development and delivery of strategic KPIs and supporting metrics for monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Direct analytic ad‑hoc project requests related to the Gemtesa brand team.

Key Core Competencies

Strategic thinker who can translate opportunities into actionable plans.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with executive‑level presentation ability.

Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (IQVIA, SHA, MMIT/DRG formulary, market access data).

Experience with patient and HCP market research and translating insights into recommendations.

Understanding of omnichannel data and media promotion measurement (e.g., Crossix, media agencies).

Proven success in developing analyses with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlikview, SQL).

Strong team player and collaborator.

Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage external vendors within tight timelines.

Strategic partner to multiple cross‑functional stakeholders.

Ability to translate commercial needs into workable solutions.

Motivated change agent who challenges the status quo and fosters new ideas.

Education and Experience

Minimum 8–12 years (w/o Master’s) or 6–8 years (with Master’s) of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred experience in marketing, marketing science, or omnichannel work.

Preferred commercial/brand analytics experience with statistical packages (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS).

Experience with patient/consumer and HCP insights and strategy.

Base Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this role is $150,640 to $188,300. Salary is part of a total rewards package that includes merit‑based increases, short‑term incentive participation, 401(k) eligibility, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, additional off‑time during the last week of December, and 80 hours of paid sick time at hire. Total compensation will also consider candidate experience, skills, education, and other permissible factors.
