Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide plumbing design for small to large-scale projects.
Prepare calculations, reports, specifications, and design documentation.
Perform fire suppression system selection and preliminary design.
Conduct facility assessments, sustainability reviews, and feasibility analyses.
Produce drawings based on project requirements and standards.
Collaborate with project teams and support senior engineers.
Requirements:
Experience in plumbing design for commercial, institutional, residential, mixed-use, or hospitality projects.
Strong understanding of plumbing and fire suppression systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years of relevant plumbing design experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD-MEP and Revit.
Knowledge of mechanical/plumbing codes, systems, and documentation.
Ability to perform hydraulic calculations and make independent equipment selections.
CPD certification is highly preferred.
