Corporate Communications Director

Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is seeking a Corporate Communications Director for a 3‑6 month contract. The role will operate in a hybrid model, onsite four days per week.
Core Responsibilities:
Craft high‑impact messaging, speeches, and thought‑leadership content.
Develop and refine corporate storytelling.
Work on corporate media relations and PR efforts to ensure consistent, strategic brand messaging.
Partner with C‑suite executives and provide strategic counsel on high‑profile communications initiatives.
Serve as a thought partner to the SVP of Communications on strategy and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10‑15 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related field.
5+ years in an executive leadership role.
Extensive experience in executive communications, brand messaging, crisis management, and corporate reputation strategy.
Financial or policy‑related communications a plus but not required.
Strong storytelling, writing, and content development skills.
Ability to be flexible, pivot quickly, and work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
Availability to be in‑office at least 3‑4 days per week.
