As Product Marketing Director (Individual Contributor) for Intapp Time, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for one of Intapp’s AI-powered solutions, trusted by leading law firms and professional services organizations to capture more revenue, improve realization, and modernize how time is managed across client engagements.

This is a Director-level individual contributor role, ideal for an experienced product marketing leader who thrives on both strategy and execution. You’ll shape the market narrative, enable the field, and drive adoption across client firms. Partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership, you’ll strengthen Intapp’s position in the business of law and expand the product’s impact across the global legal ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Intapp Time.

Connect innovations like AI‑assisted time capture and profitability analytics to the business outcomes that matter most to partners, CFOs, and IT leaders.

Oversee product releases from narrative development through field enablement and integrated campaigns.

Collaborate with Product Management to ensure market insights and client feedback inform roadmap priorities and differentiation.

Analyze market dynamics and competitive trends to strengthen Intapp’s positioning and support sales effectiveness.

Create compelling content, demos, and playbooks that empower Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to drive engagement and adoption.

Develop packaging and offers that deliver measurable customer value while optimizing Intapp’s pricing, bundling, and portfolio positioning.

Apply data‑driven storytelling—combining performance metrics, client insights, and market signals—to guide go-to-market planning and decision‑making.

Highlight customer success through ROI analyses, benchmarking, and real‑world proof points that demonstrate business impact.

Collaborate with industry analysts and influencers to elevate visibility and reinforce Intapp’s leadership in the market.

What You Will Need

12+ years of overall related experience in software/technology industry, with 7+ years of specific SaaS product marketing or related B2B SaaS experience, ideally working in legal tech, professional services, or financial services management software.

You have led Product Marketing for an entire SaaS product, the full end‑to‑end lifecycle from planning to delivery; including having deeply collaborated with Product Management to influence product road‑maps.

You are data‑driven, results and outcomes oriented.

You have excellent communication, storytelling, and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Proven success developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies that drive adoption, pipeline, and retention.

Strong ability to translate product capabilities into business outcomes for executive audiences.

Experience defining packaging, pricing, or offer strategy in collaboration with product, corporate strategy and finance teams.

Comfortable operating independently while influencing across teams.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
