What You’ll Lead Marketing Strategy
Build and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with revenue goals.
Define messaging, audiences, and channels across multiple industrial and technical markets.
Content Development
Create compelling content that simplifies technical concepts:
Website copy & blogs
Case studies & customer success stories
Product brochures & application overviews
Short‑form videos & scripts
Email and newsletter campaigns
Establish a unified brand voice rooted in technical credibility.
Digital Marketing
Own all digital channels, including:
Website optimization and updates
SEO/SEM (Google Ads, keyword planning, analytics)
LinkedIn and YouTube content strategy
Email sequences and automated nurture campaigns
Track digital performance and refine campaigns based on data.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Build campaigns that drive high‑quality leads from engineering, manufacturing, and automation buyers.
Collaborate with sales to ensure messaging, targeting, and handoff processes are aligned.
Market Positioning & Research
Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive shifts in the equipment and automation space.
Recommend adjustments to product positioning and messaging as markets evolve.
Trade Shows & Events
Manage planning and execution for major industry shows and customer events.
Handle pre‑event promotion, on‑site presence, and post‑event follow‑up.
Budget & Metrics
Own the marketing budget and track ROI across all channels.
Present reports on campaign performance and ongoing improvements.
What Makes You a Fit Required
8–10 years of B2B marketing experience in
industrial equipment, automation, engineering technology, or related technical fields .
Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, PPC, analytics, email marketing).
Skilled in simplifying technical concepts for broad audiences.
Demonstrated success in building multi‑channel lead‑generation programs.
Must work
on‑site
in the Novi/Detroit area.
Strong project management, writing, and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience supporting sales teams selling engineered equipment or automated solutions.
Familiar with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
Comfortable working closely with engineering teams in a hands‑on environment.
