Role Overview We're one of the top 5 mattress brands in the US, and we're looking for a partnership strategist who can build revenue engines, not just manage relationships. This role will drive significant revenue growth through premium editorial placements and strategic affiliate relationships that convert at scale.
You'll establish and scale performance-driven partnerships with tier-1 publishers, content sites, and affiliate networks—turning editorial relationships into measurable revenue while maintaining our 3:1 ROAS constraint.
What Is In It For You Build a Revenue Engine, Not Just Relationships:
You'll structure deals with Forbes, CNET, Sleep Foundation, and Wirecutter/NYT that generate millions in attributable revenue. You'll negotiate terms, optimize attribution models, and continuously refine campaigns based on EPC, ROAS, and conversion data. Most partnership managers maintain existing relationships—you'll build a portfolio that compounds value quarter over quarter.
