The New Hampshire Fisher Cats, Double‑A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, deliver exciting baseball and family‑friendly events at Delta Dental Stadium. With a legacy of developing top talent and giving back through the Fisher Cats Foundation, they are a vital part of the Manchester community. They are a proud member club of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH).
Game Operations Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare nightly game and promo scripts, incorporating all sponsor/corporate elements.
Video Production and Entertainment
Organize content on video board computers daily to match scripts.
Execute required MLB/MiLB/DBH initiatives and activations.
Produce all elements of game night show production relating to video boards, scoring, public address system, entertainment, and broadcast.
Hire, train, and supervise seasonal game night production/press box crew.
Responsible for all press box equipment (Video board, cameras/tripods, computers, laptops, broadcast/replay equipment, microphones, sound board, pitch clock).
Purchase/upgrade necessary parts and facilitate equipment repairs.
Keep all production areas (press box, control room, camera bays) clean and presentable always.
Help create fresh in‑game entertainment on‑field.
Actively contribute to Promotions Team and engage in constructive discussion of promotional events.
Help plan and execute theme nights with creativity.
Hire and serve as direct supervisor of Game Production Intern.
Serve as primary contact for player walk‑up music.
Website Management
Oversight and management of all Fisher Cats web assets.
Work closely with department leaders to curate and maintain website content (Ticketing, Baseball Info, Events, Community, Team Store, etc.).
Monitor other MiLB websites for changes, features, and functionality that we may want to implement ourselves.
Video/Graphic Production
Create new video pieces for use in‑game and on the web (intro videos, highlights, interviews, promotional pieces, etc.).
Design video board layouts.
Create graphics/animations for in‑game video board and broadcast use.
Work with the social media team to create content for social media.
Record and log all gameday footage for club use.
Special Assignments
Other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing & Promotions.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and within a team framework, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
Strong work ethic and organizational skills; highly motivated, multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
A minimum of two (2) years production experience, preferably within sports or live events setting.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays in an outdoor environment is required.
