Job Brief Bauerfeind USA, Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of Bauerfeind AG, a family‑owned medical device company based in Germany. We are seeking an experienced professional Performance Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels. You’ll use performance data to drive acquisition, conversion, and ROI, while constantly testing and refining campaigns to hit aggressive growth goals.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads (including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Allocate and manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROI
Optimize campaigns daily based on real‑time performance data and KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR)
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance
Develop high‑performing assets and messaging
Track, report, and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and other analytics platforms
Identify new growth opportunities and recommend strategies to scale customer acquisition and retention
Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and performance advertising
Position Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally within a high‑growth environment, medical device experience is a strong plus
Proven success managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, and other platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions
Deep understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and attribution models
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and Excel/Sheets
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Superior communications skills (oral and written) with a concise, clear and compelling style
Strong interpersonal skills required; successful candidates must also be able to serve in a liaison role between cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams
Candidate must be highly organized and able to meet deadlines
Demonstrated excellent computer skills required; strong preference for those with high degree of proficiency in Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite and with Microsoft Office products
Demonstrates flexibility in a changing and fast‑paced environment
Exhibits sound judgment and takes the initiative to make reasonable decisions within the scope of the role
Demonstrates advanced proficiency in adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills
Compensation
Annual Salary depending on experience ($70,000-90,000 a year)
