As a senior leader within the Business Operations and Client Experience Team, the Commercial Product Marketing & Field Readiness Manager shapes how KeyBank Commercial brings its lending & payments solutions to market and how field teams are empowered to deliver them with confidence and impact. This role drives go‑to‑market strategies, defines product positioning, and ensures field teams are equipped to deliver lending & payments solutions that create value for clients and deepen relationships. Location
127 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio Hybrid: 3 days on‑site in Cleveland, OH, Buffalo, NY, or Albany, NY (non‑branch location). Fully remote allowed for candidates outside KeyBank’s footprint. Required to attend East Coast meetings. Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and develop a high‑impact team responsible for product marketing and field readiness across commercial lending & payments capabilities. Lead planning, internal readiness, and communication strategies for new and enhanced commercial lending, treasury management, and payments products and capabilities. Develop compelling client‑centric narratives that differentiate KeyBank’s solutions and reflect market trends and client needs. Oversee the development of scalable enablement tools—pitch decks, sell sheets, videos, QRGs, talking points, and meeting‑in‑a‑box toolkits. Partner with Corporate Center Marketing to execute multi‑channel campaigns (paid, earned, social, owned) that elevate brand awareness and client engagement. Leverage market research, client feedback, and performance metrics to refine product positioning and optimize the go‑to‑market strategies. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field. Work Experience
7–10 years of experience in product marketing, enablement, or training in commercial banking, fintech, or related industry. 2+ years of people leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop, inspire, and lead teams through role modeling and active engagement. Strong understanding of B2B financial solutions, including commercial lending, treasury management, embedded finance solutions, payments ecosystems, and digital platforms such as KeyNav and KBBO. Skills
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, translating complex offerings into client‑focused narratives. Proven success in leading cross‑functional go‑to‑market initiatives and field readiness programs. Strong leadership, relationship management, and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organization. Ability to operate strategically and tactically in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. Meticulous attention to detail, quality, and accuracy. Outstanding prioritization, organization, and interpersonal skills. A “can do” mentality is essential. Experience with Salesforce, learning management, or content enablement tools is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $94,000.00 – $175,000.00 annually. Eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
