Responsibilities
Own and evolve the organizational ABM playbook, ensuring repeatable, scalable execution.
Serve as the key liaison between sales and marketing, coordinating communication, expectations, and feedback loops.
Partner with Sales Leaders and Account Executives to prioritize accounts and define joint ABM strategies.
Develop and execute multi‑layered ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) tailored to account tiers.
Create and manage highly personalized multi‑channel campaigns including intent‑driven messaging, personalized digital experiences, paid media, email sequences, events, and direct outreach support.
Build and maintain account intelligence dashboards, integrating data from CRM, ABM, and intent platforms to guide targeting and personalization.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation across ABM initiatives with clear ROI accountability.
Conduct ongoing analysis of account engagement, pipeline health, and conversion outcomes to continuously optimize ABM effectiveness.
Drive cross‑functional alignment with content, product marketing, digital, and sales enablement teams.
Stay ahead of ABM best practices, martech capabilities, and evolving buyer journey strategies.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in ABM, B2B marketing, or demand generation.
Experience managing paid campaigns at large scales (over $100K a month) on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, or similar.
Proven experience orchestrating ABM campaigns in collaboration with sales.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English – a must.
Experience in SaaS, B2B, or Cyber Security companies is a huge advantage.
Strong understanding of account‑based marketing principles and best practices.
Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, TechTarget, etc.), CRM (Salesforce, etc.), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Experienced with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker, PowerBI, etc.).
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for results.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
