Role Overview This Growth Marketing Channel Manager will play a critical role in scaling and optimizing Eko’s B2C direct‑to‑consumer acquisition channels. The individual producer will own day‑to‑day management, optimization, and growth of marketing channels with relentless focus on ROAS, efficiency, incrementality, and scalable revenue.

Primary focus will be programmatic channels such as display, native, audio, and CTV. As those channels mature, the role may expand into paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), search (Google/Bing), affiliate marketing, or influencer/creator content.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale select B2C direct-to-consumer marketing channels, starting with programmatic display/native, and add additional channels as needed.

Build and manage full‑funnel acquisition strategies, prospecting new audiences and retargeting high‑intent users to grow incremental revenue at efficient ROAS.

Own the full channel lifecycle: onboarding, research, planning, execution, creative strategy, tactical optimization, and reporting.

Optimize channels by improving targeting, creative strategy, testing velocity, bid strategies, and landing page strategy to improve ROAS at scale.

Drive channel creative strategy and storytelling, developing clear, compelling narratives for each audience based on performance data.

Measurement, Reporting & Insights

Establish performance goals, KPIs, and tracking frameworks focused on ROAS and scalability.

Create structured channel and campaign reporting frameworks to derive actionable insights.

Build test plans and experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve channel performance.

Present weekly performance updates, insights, and optimization recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders and leadership.

Collaborate with creative, content, eCommerce, and analytics teams to develop channel‑specific messaging and customer journeys.

Work with BI and data teams to develop attribution frameworks and reporting that drive decision making.

Manage third‑party vendors, affiliate partners, agencies, and media partners to maximize channel impact.

Strategic Growth & Innovation

Stay ahead of marketing, platform, and creative trends to identify new opportunities that keep Eko competitive.

Contribute insights and recommendations to shape Eko’s full‑funnel growth strategy, focusing on incrementality.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing at B2C direct‑to‑consumer companies.

Hands‑on experience in programmatic display/native, paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) or paid search (Google, Bing) with at least $500 k monthly spend.

Proven success driving incremental, ROAS‑positive acquisition.

Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting performance data to drive optimization and scale.

Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables and core formulas like VLOOKUPs.

Ability to work with imperfect datasets and build structured reporting frameworks.

Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and balancing top‑ and bottom‑funnel investments.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross‑functional stakeholder management skills.

Track record of proactive problem‑solving and strategic thinking.

Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth eCommerce startups with strong ROAS discipline and Q4 seasonality.

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator content marketing.
