We’re looking for a

Chief Marketing Officer

to accelerate growth, build a category-defining brand, and lead our go-to-market marketing efforts across both demand generation and brand strategy.

Role Overview The CMO will own and scale all marketing functions, including brand, growth, product marketing, communications, and customer lifecycle. This leader will be responsible for defining our marketing vision, driving measurable pipeline, and positioning our company as a disruptive force in the insurance industry.

You will partner closely with Product, Sales, and the Executive team to ensure marketing is tightly aligned with commercial objectives and company strategy.

Key Responsibilities Growth & Demand Generation

Build and execute a scalable, metrics-driven demand generation engine for both inbound and outbound channels.

Develop multi-channel marketing programs across digital, content, event, and partner channels to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

Optimize marketing funnel, CAC, and ROI with continuous testing and data-driven decision-making.

Brand & Communications

Create a strong, differentiated brand narrative that positions us as a category leader in the insurtech space.

Oversee all brand marketing, PR, and external communications.

Establish our presence through thought leadership, press coverage, and industry associations.

Product Marketing

Collaborate with Product to develop positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

Own go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including segmentation, pricing support, and sales enablement.

Develop materials that equip Sales and Customer Success with clear, compelling narratives.

Leadership & Team Building

Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing marketing team across all disciplines.

Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

Work closely with the executive team to shape company strategy and support fundraising initiatives.

What We’re Looking For Experience

8–15+ years in marketing, including leadership roles in high-growth B2B SaaS or insurtech/fintech environment.

Proven success owning marketing strategy at a Series A–C startup or leading major growth initiatives at a scaling company.

Deep experience with B2B demand generation, digital marketing, and brand building.

Experience marketing in regulated or complex product categories is a strong plus.

Skills

Data-driven operator with strong analytical ability and comfort owning revenue-influencing KPIs.

Exceptional brand storyteller with the ability to simplify complex products.

Strong cross-functional collaborator across Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
