The Opportunity As the Vice President, Marketing for the US market you will play a significant role in accelerating Fisher & Paykel Appliances (F&P) market position by leading the local marketing strategy and implementation and ensuring alignment to the global marketing playbook and brand identity. This role will be key in balancing total marketing investment to achieve short‑ and long‑term commercial objectives, in partnership with the local and global marketing group, including digital and brand teams.

You will lead the understanding of F&P’s marketing strategy for both the indoor (F&P) and outdoor (DCS) brands nationally with a particular focus on its end‑to‑end implementation across all customer touchpoints to drive deep consumer and customer engagement and loyalty while enabling delivery to leading goal growth strategy.

The role requires you to work collaboratively with our centrally located internal Brand & Content team to ensure effective and consistent communications that support the brand strategy.

As the US Marketing Lead, you will collaborate with the Global Marketing and Digital teams to ensure the seamless local execution of the global strategy ensuring alignment to marketing playbook and effective activity across all customer touchpoints.

So who are you? You’ll be an energized, focused leader with broad experience across marketing roles; you will understand luxury and design‑led brands and will have experience specifically working in‑house for companies specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of durable goods.

You will lead our US Marketing team for F&P and DCS, partnering with our central Brand & Content Team to ensure alignment on brand standards and market strategy execution.

You will understand our customer personas and the levers to engage them.

While keeping your finger on the pulse you will engage with your global marketing colleagues to collaborate on ways to continuously connect our customers across our brand, products and services.

You will be able to perform at a senior level both strategically and operationally, with a passion for driving strategy, putting structured plans in place to achieve our strategic imperatives and have a strong financial understanding and analytical skills.

You’ll possess an ability to develop and apply the best commercial and creative solutions for the right situation, increasing market share. You’ll provide insights through analytics, understanding and focusing on what creates whole of business value.

You will have expertise in the media landscape and familiarity with D2C (Direct‑to‑Consumer) channel strategies. You will have the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, be decisive and able to advise and guide a team in the right direction.

Role‑specific Company Bonus

The total target compensation (base salary + variable incentive) range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000. This range is a guideline only and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors considered when extending an offer include (but are not limited to) education, experience, relevant skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

FPA works in a hybrid/flex working environment, however, this role is based in our US Headquarters in Costa Mesa, California.
