We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the development and execution of innovative campaigns that inspire, engage, and drive results. This role blends strategic thinking, storytelling, and design to deliver integrated creative solutions across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will guide multidisciplinary teams, elevate creative output, and champion bold ideas that resonate with audiences. You will collaborate closely with strategy, account, media, and production teams to ensure creative excellence while nurturing a culture of curiosity and collaboration. Accountabilities

Lead integrated campaigns by transforming strategic insights into compelling creative concepts, narratives, and design systems across channels

Oversee the creative process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring all work meets brand standards, strategic objectives, and high-quality execution

Present creative work to clients and stakeholders, clearly linking ideas to business outcomes

Mentor, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Strategy, Account, Media, Performance Marketing, Tech, and Project Management to align creative direction with business objectives

Manage external creative partners to expand capabilities and ensure consistent quality delivery

Drive the creative vision for internal marketing, branding, and new business initiatives, positioning the organization as an industry leader

Requirements

8-12+ years of agency experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in healthcare, B2B, or brand‑driven environments

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Copywriting, or a related field

Proven experience directing integrated campaigns across multiple media channels

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, digital tools, and AI‑powered creative platforms

Strong strategic imagination and ability to translate insights into actionable creative direction

Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects, balance creative ambition with operational realities, and inspire trust and collaboration across teams

Familiarity with photo and video direction and creative production processes

Intellectual curiosity, cultural awareness, and comfort with ambiguity in decision‑making
