Brand & Sales Growth
Grow the business inside and outside our 4 walls
Ensure all POP materials are in place for all company rollouts
Leverage 3 sales metrics: Transaction Count, Check Average, Outside Catering and ADP Sales
Establish Goals & Strategic Objectives in 3 marketing areas: Catering, Guest Experience/Hospitality, and Community Engagement
Community Engagement:
Be active/aware in the community
Professionally execute Community Engagement and Community Care Events
Ensure relationships are being formed and maintained in compliance with Community Partnership Framework
Ensure Donation and Fundraising Requests receive timely and appropriate responses
Quality & Guest Experience
Time block your schedule daily / weekly to ensure that all areas of business are being seen
Enforce commitment to EXCELLENCE in ALL THINGS, OWNERSHIP & TEAMWORK
Work in Operations during peak hours to assist team and build unity
Ensure that all events & catering done with EXCELLENCE and are 1st class in hospitality & service, exceeding customer expectations
Asses results thru customer experience scores and sales metrics
Ensure all deliveries follow Catering SOP and that Food Safety and Quality are of 1st importance
Follow up with Catering Guests for feedback and track for future/continued business
Ensure that the Brand and Sales Growth goals and strategy communicated to Operations in a timely manner to ensure a quality experience for both clients and the business
People
Recruit, Train, & Develop Team that reports to you as Director of Marketing and Catering
Work with existing Shift‑Leaders and assistant director team to execute Catering, Community Engagement, and Guest Experience
Collaborate with the Director of Talent and Cody as Senior Director on implementing Marketing Training into all Front of House Team Member training
Continuously develop your team: bi‑weekly meetings with Directors & Shift Leaders to challenge & encourage
Continuously develop yourself through books and leadership learnings
Ensure Individual Development Plans are created for all emerging leaders
Hold your team accountable for their responsibilities
Be a faithful steward of the Marketing Budget (1.5%)
Show on paper how events & use of budget affected the bottom line

Increase in Yearly Sales >7%
Increase in Outside Sales >25%
Increase in Transaction Count >7%
Increase Check Average: 3%.

Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Marketing and Catering Director at Chick‑fil‑A located in Glendale, WI. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand recognition and customer engagement. The Marketing and Catering Director will oversee catering operations, manage catering sales, and foster strong customer relationships to generate revenue growth. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high‑quality service, customer satisfaction, and successful promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
Proven skills and experience in Catering, Catering Sales, and Food & Beverage management
Strong abilities in Sales and Customer Service to engage with clients and meet business objectives
Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand loyalty
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented, on‑site work environment serving over 3000 customers per day
Knowledge or experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
Chick‑fil‑A Experience is a huge plus
Spanish Speaking or conversational is a plus
