About LocateAI: Locate is the first technology-enabled brokerage for the retail industry. We help growing brands like Allbirds, Parachute, and Barry's open stores in the right location based on location data, backed by venture capital from Pear, Slow, and Metaprop.
About The Role You will be our first marketing hire and build the function from the ground up. This role focuses on execution: launching campaigns, writing copy, creating content, managing events, and reporting on performance. Your focus will be generating qualified inbound leads, running targeted account‑based campaigns, and building LocateAI’s brand in the retail commercial real‑estate community.

What We’re Looking For We care about what you’ve shipped. Strong candidates will point to accomplishments like:
Built a campaign strategy that generated X MQLs and $X in pipeline in 90 days
Created an email nurture program that improved lead‑to‑opportunity conversion by X%
Ran ABM campaigns against 100 target accounts that influenced $X in pipeline
Developed a library of case studies and sales collateral that our team closed specific wins with
Grew our brand presence in an industry through a content strategy that increased traffic from X to Y
You Should Have
4–7 years in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally B2B, at a startup or "build it yourself" environment
Experience contributing to go‑to‑market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and sales alignment
Hands‑on experience building a marketing engine
Experience running both broad demand generation and targeted ABM campaigns
Comfort managing paid media budgets and optimizing based on performance data
Bias toward action – you ship, measure, and iterate quickly
AI‑first attitude: leveraging tools that increase efficiency
Nice To Have
Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or retail
Familiarity with ABM platforms
Design skills for quick asset creation
PR or media relations experience
Compensation Pay range: $100,000 - $180,000 USD per year (Remote)
