The next big steps in our expansion plan include hiring key talent to continue and propel our growth to the next level. This pivotal role reports directly to the CEO and is crucial in shaping our strategic growth and leveraging the strength of our reputation and deep expertise in the healthcare market sector both in the Colorado front-range and nationally. We are seeking a self-directed, growth-oriented Business Development Executive to grow our healthcare market and expand into specific market segments. You should demonstrate that you’ve grown a successful business within the built environment and have experience building relationships with clients that has resulted in business growth. Competitive $70,000 base salary plus commission/bonus structure Deliver compelling presentations to introduce Design Studio Blue’s capabilities and value proposition, enhancing brand recognition and market presence to win business. Deliver all business development activities, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities through effective prospecting, industry professional networking, and meaningful client engagement. Develop a business development strategy and plan with CEO that acknowledges key current clients and portfolio as well as target new clients and markets Document and quantify results of business development activities, e.g., number of leads, number of new connections in targeted market sectors, and number of new projects Required Skills: Ability to work well with others under deadline situations. Very detail-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible. Possess strong business acumen. A senior level position, highly visible to clients and employees, that requires maturity, assertiveness, integrity, industry knowledge, and the ability to lead, influence and persuade. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Collaborative and able to work with a wide spectrum of personalities. Comfortable in both leader and team-based roles. Technical and Creative writing skills Proficiency with Microsoft products PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook Qualifications: Professional expertise demonstrated through 7+ years of proven ability to drive results that meet revenue and profitability goals through successful lead generation/follow through, market research, customer relations, pursuit development, and client management in the A/E/C industry Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction, or project management. ability to travel nationally, including overnight stays Interior Designer
RESPONSIBIITIES: Lead project teams on small projects and support senior design staff on large hospital projects Collaborate on projects nationally, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development Participate in selection of finish and furniture specifications Invent creative design ideas through finish selection, sketches, and sketchup and revit modeling Provide project team coordination for interior finish plans, detailing, specifications, and material selections required for construction Manage the revit model for projects by completing documentation from design development phase throughconstruction administration. Pickup document redlines in the revit model Produce construction documents with oversight provided by a project manager Produce photorealistic renderings Communicate and interact with manufacturer representatives and project team members Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs Attend manufacturer updates and appointments Project Architect - Interiors
