The **Parts Expeditor** is responsible for quickly identifying, sourcing, and billing automotive parts for technicians based on service requests. The role requires a solid understanding of automotive parts, high attention to detail, and proficiency in using tools like Snap-on and CDK to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.**Responsibilities:*** Look up and identify vehicle parts using Snap-on and CDK software.* Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors to ensure accurate parts selection and delivery.* Process and bill parts for services based on technician needs and work orders.* Organize and maintain inventory of automotive parts.* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly supplying technicians with the necessary parts.* Ensure accurate part numbers, pricing, and documentation for billing.* Manage part handoffs to technicians and resolve any discrepancies related to parts.**Qualifications:*** Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive parts sales or related field.* Proficiency in Snap-on or similar automotive parts lookup systems.* Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including filters, components, and tools.* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.* Strong communication skills to work with service advisors and technicians.* Basic proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools is a plus.* Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.At JM Lexus, we prioritize your well-being as much as your comfort and security.
