Stigg Inc.
Head of Field & Community Marketing
Stigg Inc., San Francisco, California, United States, 94199
At
Stigg , we’re reinventing how software companies manage pricing and packaging, making it effortless, flexible, and developer-first. We’re building for builders: the engineering and product teams shaping the next generation of SaaS.
Trusted by companies like
Miro, Webflow, PagerDuty, Upwork, Qlik, and Productboard , Stigg helps SaaS teams turn monetization into a growth engine instead of a bottleneck.
Now we’re looking for a
Head of Field & Community Marketing
to take the reins of two high-impact, fast-growing initiatives already setting the tone for our category:
HTTP 402 Community . Our invite‑only community for technical monetization leaders from companies like Anthropic, Webflow, Docker, Framer, Amplitude, HubSpot, 1Password, Grafana Labs, Wiz, Lovable, Auth0, MongoDB, and Zendesk, and the waitlist is growing fast. The “who’s who” of SaaS builders are already there. Think of it as the backstage pass for people redefining how software is sold. We’ve hosted AMAs on AI monetization with experts from Grafana Labs and Elena Verna (Lovable), and the next interested speakers are already lining up.
Field marketing . Our presence in the real world, from major conferences to private dinners and curated gatherings. We’ve got the blueprint; now we need someone to own it end‑to‑end, from picking the right stages and cities to designing experiences people talk about afterward.
The momentum is real. You’ll step into a vibrant, organically expanding ecosystem and make it unmissable. This is a unique, high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship‑building, storytelling, and experience design. Someone who loves creating connections that matter.
What you’ll do You’ll architect the experiences and spaces where the world’s top SaaS and AI builders connect around the future of monetization.
Your day‑to‑day might include:
Leading and scaling HTTP 402 , deepening engagement with a curated network of technical and product leaders, ensuring every touchpoint feels premium, valuable, and personal.
Evolving the community infrastructure , from membership flow and onboarding to communications, content cadence, and event programming.
Designing unforgettable programs . AMAs, virtual roundtables, offsites, dinners, and “only‑if‑you‑know” meetups that drive true conversation and connection.
Owning Stigg’s field marketing , choosing the right conferences, crafting our presence, managing sponsorships, and producing memorable brand activations.
Being the face of Stigg in the field , building genuine relationships with technical and product leaders, founders, and influencers.
Collaborating across product and marketing
to ensure every event, conversation, and piece of content reflects Stigg’s voice, depth, and credibility.
Who you are
You thrive in conversations with senior engineering and product leaders. You’re authentic, curious, and instantly credible.
You’re a builder and producer. You make ideas real, from concept to execution.
You balance strategic vision with get‑it‑done energy. The kind of person who can plan a sponsorship at a massive conference, while DM‑ing an engineering manager to join tomorrow’s panel.
You care deeply about quality, tone, and experience. You want every interaction to feel intentional and world‑class.
You’re fluent in the language of API‑first products, developer platforms, and technical infrastructure.
You’re energized by people and momentum. You love travel, live events, and building relationships that last.
Requirements
3–5 years of hands‑on experience building and running community and field marketing programs for technical or product leadership audiences, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, developer tooling, or infrastructure.
Proven success designing and scaling invite‑only, high‑quality communities. Not open Slack groups or user forums, but executive‑level networks that drive meaningful peer connection and thought leadership.
Track record of producing live experiences end‑to‑end, from strategic selection of events and sponsorships to creative design, production, and on‑the‑ground execution at conferences, dinners, and private gatherings.
Deep understanding of API‑first, consumption‑based, and product‑led growth ecosystems. You know how technical buyers think and what resonates with them.
Exceptional communicator and storyteller. Able to engage senior technical and product leaders, shape narratives, and represent a sophisticated brand voice.
Native‑level English fluency and confident on‑stage / in‑person presence.
Strong operational instincts. Project management, budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration come naturally to you.
Based in the Bay Area (preferably San Francisco), with openness to travel for events and community engagements.
Why You’ll Love Working at Stigg Stigg is transforming how modern software companies sell and monetize. Our APIs power the monetization infrastructure behind some of the fastest‑growing SaaS products in the world.
Joining now means joining the core team that will shape the category, and the conversations driving it. You’ll have real ownership, creative freedom, and a front‑row seat to how the world’s best software companies think about pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market.
Benefits Perks Stock options, competitive salary, latest MacBook Pro.
This is a remote role, open to candidates based in San Francisco. We collaborate asynchronously and meet regularly for virtual team syncs, offsites, and customer sessions. We value flexibility and trust, you’ll have the autonomy to design your workday while staying deeply connected with the team.
