Role: Organic Marketer We’re looking for someone creative, scrappy, and plugged into internet culture to build momentum around Triumph across social platforms. You’ll be the voice of the brand, sparking conversations, driving hype, and growing a community around skill-based gaming.
What you’ll do
Own and execute Triumph’s organic social strategy across X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and new platforms as they emerge
Publish high-impact daily content, ideally 10+ posts per day that grabs attention and gets people talking
Create, curate, and repurpose content that resonates with gamers, players, and different crowds.
Engage directly with followers, influencers, and creators to build community and encourage user-generated content.
Partner with design, growth, and product teams to support launches, tournaments, and major updates
Stay on top of trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep Triumph’s voice fresh and relevant
Track performance and use insights to refine tone, creative direction, and posting cadence
What we’re looking for
Experience running a high engagement social account ideally in tech, crypto, or gaming
Strong understanding of what works on X and TikTok
Ability to post frequently while keeping the voice sharp, consistent, and genuinely engaging
Comfortable talking with users, fans, and creators + you enjoy community work
Great instincts for memes, short-form content, and viral storytelling
Able to read performance metrics and adjust your approach accordingly
Passion for gaming, competition, and connecting with audiences through content
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
