Digital Marketing Specialist – Onsite | Full‑Time | Matawan, NJ We are seeking a talented
Digital Marketing Specialist
for a
full‑time, onsite
opportunity in
Matawan, New Jersey . This is a direct‑hire role for someone who is digitally savvy, highly organized, an excellent communicator, and eager to collaborate in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will help develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing programs. You’ll support web operations, oversee digital content, manage social media, maintain digital compliance, and partner with creative and technical teams to enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee, update, and continuously improve website pages; plan for new features and enhancements.
Track overall site functionality, conduct pressure testing, and ensure ADA compliance, alt‑text requirements, and policy alignment.
Execute test plans for regression testing and new feature rollouts.
Maintain store attributes and update pages within SAP Commerce.
Write, edit, and implement web copy.
Collaborate with technical teams to support bug fixes and site functionality.
Manage web campaigns: plan, track performance metrics, and develop recap decks for vendors.
Create and schedule email marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze website data using Google Analytics.
Manage digital display ads and website promotional content.
Curate, program, and maintain content for the digital recipe center.
Develop on‑brand, engaging content for social media channels.
Manage content calendars, scheduling, and community moderation.
Assist with digital and print design using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Dimension, Photoshop, Premiere).
Create signage, banners (static and animated), landing pages, homepage images, social posts, circular content, email headers, video animation, and more.
Assist with ordering signage and branded merchandise, coordinating delivery, and comparing vendor pricing.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects.
Support onsite activations (occasionally during nights/weekends).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong experience managing multiple social media platforms, content calendars, and community engagement.
Ability to produce engaging text, image, and video content aligned with brand guidelines.
Experience with Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Google Ads.
Experience with SAP Commerce or similar platforms (preferred).
Familiarity with HTML, XML, Adobe Creative Suite, and general office software.
Proficient in Google Analytics.
Experience with digital implementation (website, email campaigns) a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
Experience gathering business requirements and documenting for development.
Experience creating detailed testing scenarios and scripts to ensure high‑quality implementations.
