What we want The Corps Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, under general supervision, assists the Corps Brand & Storytelling Manager by developing and executing target marketing communications and recruitment campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. This role supports the implementation of brand strategy, creates recruitment materials and collaborates with Corps recruiting to optimize outreach through CRM systems and personalized marketing. This role analyzes campaign performance, manages data quality and provides insight to enhance recruitment marketing effectiveness and strategy.

Schedule:

Weekends and outside normal business hours work as required. Occasional overnight travel as required.

Qualifications Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to use computers, audio/visual equipment, telephone, and calculators.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Communications

Draft, edit, and schedule select marketing communications for media placement across various channels such as web, print, email, and online.

Implement a brand strategy and marketing plan.

Conduct campaigns through various media channels to promote Corps recruiting by building qualifying leads.

Develop and update communication briefs and marketing plans based on project specifics.

Create recruitment materials and provide input for recruitment media.

Assist and collaborate with Corps Recruiting on CRM systems for personalized marketing.

Campaign Analysis and Effectiveness

Conduct competitive benchmarking and analyze campaign, program, and service effectiveness.

Analyze and convey results to inform decisions regarding strategic Corps Marketing recruitment direction, including marketing direction, product segmentation, and customer targeting.

Assist in managing optimization of all channels for targeted recruiting.

Utilize AI tools and search engine optimization in marketing workflow.

Collaborate on recruitment campaign development.

Data and Quality Control

Assist in quality control of data and marketing materials.

Provide program recaps and summaries with program statistics and data at the conclusion of activations.

Create and maintain recruitment marketing program records and databases.

Other duties as assigned.
