You will: Own and optimise our paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and more. Capture high-intent search and position Inku as the category leader. Turn analytics into insights — and insights into action. Drive qualified traffic that actually converts, not vanity metrics. Work closely with our Marketing Manager to translate strategy into high-performing execution. Continuously experiment, iterate and scale what works. Your work becomes the engine behind our growth. Own paid campaigns:
Set up, optimise and scale performance across major platforms. Master search intent:
SEO + SEA that ensure brands searching for solutions land on Inku. Manage budgets intelligently:
Track CPL, CAC, ROAS and allocate spend where it matters. Optimise funnels:
Improve conversion rates from first touch to booked meeting. Collaborate deeply:
Work with Marketing & Sales to attract high-intent prospects. Experiment relentlessly:
Creative, audiences, platforms, bidding — nothing is sacred. Stay ahead:
Monitor competitors and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. About You
2–4+ years executing digital marketing in B2B SaaS or tech. Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads. Strong analytical mindset; fluent in GA4, dashboards, attribution and UTM tracking. Proven track record of improving ROI — not just generating impressions. Comfortable owning execution end-to-end with minimal oversight. Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a strong plus). Experience with HubSpot, SEO or CRO is a bonus. Thrives in fast-moving startup environments — ambiguity doesn't scare you. This Role Is Not for Everyone
