The candidate will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract students and promote the brand. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, implementing training programs, driving sales, and assisting with social media and marketing campaigns to support business growth. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to enhance outreach and engagement efforts.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build productive relationships.
Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management for driving revenue and achieving targets.
Experience in Training and conducting development programs to enhance team performance.
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both in-person and remote settings.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred.
