The Insurance Producer will focus on providing tailored insurance solutions to meet clients' needs by conducting consultations, presenting policy options, and managing insurance portfolios. The role involves building relationships with clients, maintaining existing accounts, and seeking new business opportunities, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Insurance products and policies
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Familiarity with Personal & Commercial Insurance and the ability to explain options clearly to clients
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
License to sell insurance in the state of Ohio
Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to meet targets
Background in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
