What is the job?
We are seeking a
Global HCM Lead – P&C Design and Transformation Integration
to serve as the functional and policy authority for all People & Culture (P&C) processes in our global Oracle HCM transformation. You’ll be a key member of the Transformation Core Team, reporting to the Transformation Lead, helping translate P&C policies and workforce requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions. This role combines HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management design ownership with embedded program management responsibilities, ensuring alignment across the broader enterprise transformation roadmap.
You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams including Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners to integrate P&C decision‑making into enterprise systems, supporting program governance, readiness milestones, and transformation execution. This role is central to ensuring that our global P&C processes are compliant, scalable, and ready for the future of work.
What will you be doing?
Serve as the primary P&C functional leader, advising on policy, process, and global‑to‑local design decisions for HR, Payroll, L&D, and Recruiting.
Lead Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, ensuring compliance with statutory, local, and corporate policies across multiple geographies.
Own program execution for all P&C/HCM deliverables, including planning, risk management, testing, cutover, and go‑live readiness.
Collaborate across business and technology teams, coordinating with external vendors, system integrators, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
Support change management, training, and post‑go‑live continuous improvement, including KPIs, dashboards, and process enhancements.
About You
A bachelor’s degree in Business, P&C, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll implementations.
Proven success in managing large‑scale HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping projects in complex, multi‑location environments.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits) and ERP integration experience (Oracle Fusion, Workday, or similar).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of translating P&C processes into scalable solutions.
