Strong background in change management (certifications preferred)

Able to influence and communicate effectively across all levels from executives to shop‑floor associates

Proactive, confident relationship‑builder who brings insights and ideas forward

Comfortable spending time on the shop floor to understand communication patterns and change readiness

Skilled at translating complex change into clear, practical communication tailored to diverse audiences

The position is a blend of change‑management methodology + communication strategy, rooted in understanding the psychology of adoption and the realities of day‑to‑day operations
