Position Overview
We are searching for a proactive Junior Marketing Coordinator who will assist in organizing campaigns, coordinating events, and ensuring marketing projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and eager to grow within the marketing field.

Salary Range:
$21.22 –$31.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordinating marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for project needs.
Maintain organized records of marketing projects, budgets, and schedules.
Conduct basic market research and gather data to support campaign strategies.
Monitor inventory of promotional items and order supplies when needed.
Track project progress and provide updates to management.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
