Marketing Operations – Targeted and Personalized Marketing, Analyst
The Analyst, Targeted and Personalized Marketing will oversee the strategy and execution for all Targeted Marketing campaigns across the Morgan Stanley website experience, the Morgan Stanley mobile app, and Shareworks platforms. Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for targeted messaging initiatives, including intake, scheduling, approvals, and delivery. Partner with marketing strategists, creative teams, data teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns. Leverage Workfront to manage workflows, monitor project status, and report on progress. Prioritize and balance multiple concurrent projects across various time zones and stakeholder groups. Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and process standards to ensure consistency and quality. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the marketing operations function. Support quality assurance and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing operations, campaign management, or project coordination. Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Workfront (or similar project management platforms). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global teams and time zones. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Target, AEM, Adobe Analytics, and AEP Basic understanding of HTML Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital campaign workflows. NJ - Salary range for the position: 58,000 - 115,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus.
