We are seeking an experienced Qualitative Report Writer and Research Analyst to manage and deliver high-impact global qualitative research projects in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. This role involves synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, creating compelling client‑ready reports, and providing strategic recommendations that guide business decisions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams while maintaining direct client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with excellence. Accountabilities
Manage multiple qualitative research projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Develop discussion guides, screeners, and interview frameworks tailored to each research project.
Analyze qualitative data and produce insightful, actionable reports and strategic recommendations in PowerPoint format.
Synthesize findings into clear narratives that highlight market trends, consumer behavior, and business implications.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
Travel as needed for client meetings or research activities (minimal).
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in global qualitative market research within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality, client‑ready reports with actionable insights.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and storytelling skills to translate research findings into strategic recommendations.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and other reporting/presentation tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
Experience working remotely within a U.S. time zone (EST preferred).
