Mustang Cat is Hiring: Used Equipment Marketing Coordinator – Houston, TX
At Mustang Cat, we don’t just sell equipment — we build lasting customer relationships. We’re looking for a Used Equipment Marketing Coordinator to help showcase our fleet, support our sales teams, and keep our customers informed across multiple platforms. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy combining marketing with hands-on equipment work, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
Create and upload inspections to CAT and third-party online platforms (CAT, Machinery Trader, Ritchie Bros).
Take high-quality photos of equipment and ensure accurate, up-to-date online listings.
Stage, organize, and identify sale-ready units in coordination with other divisions.
Communicate with customers seeking information on posted equipment.
Create sales reports for managers to track performance and analyze data.
Keep Sales Representatives and Supervisors informed of any issues during the sales process.
Provide recommendations to improve internal processes while demonstrating outstanding customer service.
What We’re Looking For
College degree in Business or related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of related work experience preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with customers, sales reps, and management.
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in database systems.
Professional phone etiquette with experience on a multi-line phone system.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Customer service mindset with urgency, empathy, and professionalism.
