Responsibilities
Create video ads for iGaming products from concept to final delivery
Collaborate with media buyers to translate ideas and hypotheses into effective visuals
Produce a large number of A/B test variations (50–100 video creatives per month)
Optimize creatives based on performance data and feedback
Stay updated with the latest trends in video advertising, motion design, AI and the iGaming industry
Qualifications
Proven experience in video ad design or motion graphics, preferably in iGaming, betting, or digital marketing
Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPA)
Understanding of different GEOs, TIER1 and audience preferences in iGaming will be a plus

Quick learner, able to adapt to new trends, formats, and tools
Open-minded and receptive to feedback, with a growth-oriented mindset
