Job Description: ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Public Relations Associate to join our growing communication team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our organization's public image and fostering positive relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public. As a Public Relations Associate, you will be responsible for executing PR campaigns that align with our strategic goals, enhancing our brand visibility, and effectively communicating our messages to target audiences.
Responsibilities Develop and implement PR strategies that align with organizational goals. Write compelling press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Coordinate and manage press events, including press conferences and media interviews. Monitor media coverage and generate reports on PR effectiveness. Respond to media inquiries in a timely manner and manage crisis communications.
Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
