Marketing & Lead Generation Manager – South Plainfield, NJ
A growing and successful organization in the fire industry is looking for a Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to join their team in NJ. They are responsible for developing strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads for the business. To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels, and are motivated to drive business growth through innovative lead generation techniques.
Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities Email Marketing
Manage HubSpot as the email marketing platform
Ensure system is optimized, integrated, and driving opportunities to regional sales teams (Mid-Atlantic and Midwest).
Develop, execute, and improve email campaigns to generate leads and new sales opportunities.
Cross-sell and retarget existing customer database of over 70,000 B2B contacts.
Develop new customer journey mapping.
Build segmented lists and targeted sequences that improve engagement and conversion.
Run A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and CTAs to refine performance.
Monitor deliverability, engagement metrics, and campaign analytics.
Paid Channels
Work with marketing agency to develop and execute paid media strategies across (but not limited to) Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook that drive qualified inbound sales opportunities.
CRM, Data, & Reporting
Ensure HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM are fully integrated, with data flow and reporting.
Troubleshoot workflow issues, sync errors, and automation breakdowns.
Maintain clean and accurate lead data across platforms.
Generate reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel health to guide strategy.
Qualifications
4-6+ years HubSpot experience: automation, workflows, sequences, segmentation, reporting.
Demonstrated success designing and optimizing B2B email campaigns.
Proven success driving sales growth to current customers and prospects.
Service industry experience (fire protection or security).
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, or content marketing.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing campaigns support measurable sales growth.
Analytical mindset using HubSpot and Salesforce.
Excellent copywriting skills for conversion-focused emails.
Experience with integration tools Zapier and PowerBI reporting.
