As a Senior Field Marketing Manager on Datadog’s Global Event Meetings and Executive Programs team, you’ll play a critical role in executing and scaling our global meetings strategy across key first- and third-party events. Your work will directly contribute to Datadog’s go-to goals by creating memorable, high-impact experiences that deepen relationships with executives at our customer and prospect organizations. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally across teams and regions, while shaping a consistent and scalable global program that reflects Datadog’s brand, values, and leadership in observability and security.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the execution and optimization of Datadog’s global event meetings program, managing 3,000+ meetings annually across events like AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next, and DASH
Develop and standardize processes for meeting execution, including agenda planning, content consistency, and follow-up workflows
Create and deliver sales enablement materials that drive adoption and impact of the event meetings program
Partner with cross-functional teams—Regional Field Marketing, Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and others—to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence
Support onsite execution at flagship events, including overseeing the meetings program at DASH and select Datadog Summits
Track and report on program performance, pacing, and sales engagement in partnership with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Strategy, maintaining real-time dashboards and contributing to a global playbook
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in program management, event marketing, strategy and operations, or consulting
Background in executive customer-facing roles such as field marketing, sales, partnerships, or support
Demonstrated success supporting sales teams with effective enablement content and processes
Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and aligning priorities to drive results
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills across internal and external audiences
Experience using Jifflenow or similar meeting management tools; familiarity with Salesforce and data tools like Metabase or Tableau
