Job Responsibilities
Develop expert‑level messaging and positioning for various financial products, translating complex features into compelling consumer messaging
Create and manage dynamic content for hyperlocal and personalized campaigns across multiple financial institution clients
Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to optimize content performance and improve campaign efficiency
Write compelling copy for various digital channels, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices
Ensure all content complies with financial services advertising regulations and maintain audit trails for regulated content
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, Journalism, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in digital content creation or content marketing
At least 3 years of experience in financial services marketing, specifically promoting deposit and/or lending products
Proven track record of creating high‑performing content that drives measurable business outcomes
Hands‑on experience with paid social platforms, particularly Meta Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with dynamic content, personalization, or geo‑targeted campaigns
Familiarity with AI‑powered content tools and platforms for scaling content production
Demonstrated experience with A/B testing methodologies and data‑driven content optimization
Background in SEO, keyword research, and search‑focused content development
Strong visual sensibility and basic design skills
