Responsibilities

Maintain graphic project coordination from inception to implementation.

Onboard new business – ensure accurate ERP setup for new clients.

Collaborate with internal and external customers to define and translate item specifications into ERP.

Create, maintain, and link required graphic project data and processes to the ERP system.

Utilize ERP and graphics platform for prepress job entry and tracking.

Manage workload in accordance with quality, service, and productivity expectations.

Act as essential resource for internal and external prepress calls.

Serve as plant liaison for item master questions and issues.

Ensure proper purchase orders are obtained, track job progress, and verify billing as required.

Participate and input through Lean Manufacturing methods (SQDC).

Team collaborate to fulfill internal and external customer requirements.

Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in customer service and/or graphics reproduction (or equivalent).

Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to interpret varied instructions and determine corrective actions.

Strong math, data entry, and attention to detail skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in one‑on‑one and small group settings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Independent work style with occasional collaboration.

Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods; lift up to 25 lbs.

Limited travel within North America.
