Langer Labs is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help B2B companies get more from their MarTech investments. Our clients need someone who knows how to connect the dots and make their tools work together. That’s where you come in.

As a Marketing Operations Manager (MOM), you’ll be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients. You’ll be leading execution, guiding best practices, and ensuring their tech stack actually supports their goals. You’ll apply your experience across a wide variety of tools, industries, and use cases.

What You’ll Do

Act as the day-to-day Marketing Ops lead for your assigned clients

Gather client requests and translate them into technical execution plans

Manage project timelines, assign tasks to platform specialists, and track delivery

Act as a specialist for platforms where you have expertise.

Review completed work for quality, alignment, and accuracy before final delivery

Proactively recommend ways to optimize, streamline, and better utilize existing platforms

Serve as a thought partner to marketing leaders who may not have deep platform expertise

What You Bring

4+ years of hands‑on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and core Marketing Ops tools

Solid working knowledge of at least two of the following: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, WordPress, or similar platforms

Familiarity with marketing workflows including lead routing, scoring, nurture programs, campaign tracking, and reporting

Comfort working directly with clients and translating strategic goals into technical action

Strong organizational and project management skills (you know how to keep things moving)
