The Field Marketing Specialist is our local brand champion and market expert—responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and sales through hands‑on marketing activation, community outreach, and operational partnership. As the eyes and ears on the ground, this role is embedded in the local market—actively listening, learning, and responding to community needs.
By bridging brand strategy with restaurant‑level execution, the Field Marketing Specialist ensures Saucy! energy comes to life in every store and every community touchpoint, fueling growth and building authentic connections.
Responsibilities Local Marketing Activation
Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing efforts, including flyer distribution, community events, and outreach for catering and fundraising spirit nights.
Hire, train, and manage street teams to distribute flyers and represent Saucy! at local events.
Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate leads for catering and fundraising, making first‑contact calls and passing qualified leads to the Saucy Experience Director.
Build and maintain contact lists for outreach across assigned regions.
Community Engagement & Outreach
Serve as the primary point of contact for local community organizations, schools, and businesses for partnership opportunities.
Track outreach activities and results using Saucy! outreach logs and conversation trackers.
Coordinate and participate in local events to drive brand visibility and guest engagement.
4x4 Playbook Execution
Build out and refine the Saucy! 4x4 Playbook, ensuring best practices are documented and shared.
Supply local stores with marketing collateral and resources needed to execute 4x4 strategy, working closely with RCS marketing and store teams.
Hire, onboard, and manage hourly outreach callers and promotional specialists as needed.
Oversee scheduling, training, and performance of street teams and outreach staff.
Ensure all team members are trained to communicate Saucy! brand concepts and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing and Operations to align on local priorities, campaign execution, and store needs.
Partner with the Saucy Experience Director and other leaders to ensure seamless handoff of leads and support for local store marketing initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on campaign effectiveness, outreach results, and key performance indicators.
Use data insights to refine strategies and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
You will collaborate with a variety of teams and partners to ensure flawless execution of Saucy!’s local marketing strategy:
Operations Teams – including Experience Directors and Area Coaches to align local promotions with store performance goals.
Marketing & Brand – to ensure local campaigns ladder up to Saucy!’s national strategy and maintain consistent messaging.
Finance – to track regional marketing spend, vendor payments, and event ROI.
Vendors & Community Partners – to coordinate outreach activities, sponsorships, and on‑the‑ground activations.
People & Culture – to support recruiting initiatives and employee engagement at local events.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years’ experience in field marketing, community outreach, or event management (restaurant/retail experience a plus ).
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities across regions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Self‑starter with a passion for local engagement and team leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
Willingness to travel regularly across assigned Florida regions.
