Trade Marketing Specialist
We’re seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to work with us at Luxottica, a global leader in eyewear, in the New York office. This 3‑month contract role offers the opportunity to support major eyewear brands like Oakley and Costa in North American events and retail marketing.

Collaborative role coordinating event logistics, marketing assets, vendor communication, and budget tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate event logistics including shipping, freight, timelines, and run‑of‑show updates.
Communicate with vendors for installs, tear‑downs, printing, and on‑site support.
Manage event assets: ordering, tracking, inventory, replenishment, and post‑event returns.
Support athlete travel logistics, credential requests, approvals, insurance, and compliance submissions.
Handle on‑site support tasks: booth setup, breakdown, product display refresh, badge pickup.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and track budgets.
Maintain event calendars, checklists, packing lists, and production trackers.
Support marketing efforts by preparing, cropping, resizing, and distributing assets to retail partners.
Update decks, product sheets, and reports; coordinate in‑store events, window installs, and refreshes.
Qualifications
2+ years experience supporting events or marketing operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong project management skills: timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, tracking documents.
High reliability and accountability—delivers on deadlines without hand‑holding.
Clear communication skills to manage multiple partners and vendors.
Proficiency with basic tools: Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, shipping platforms, asset management.
Comfortable on‑site at events, with attention to detail and quality control.
Experience with production timelines, creative routing, and light design adjustments.
