Digital Marketing Advisor, Data Analytics and Insights (Finance)
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Advisor - Data Analytics and Insights will support the Evernorth business segment. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Senior Manager, the person in this role will collect, analyze, and interpret data to optimize website performance and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include owning quarterly integrated digital performance reports, providing actionable insights for strategy optimization, and collaborating with marketing teams. This role requires a blend of technical skills in analytics tools, strong analytical thinking, a thorough understanding of digital marketing, and excellent communication skills.
The person in this role should be able to:
Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform data-driven content and user journey strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how all digital touchpoints combine to move a buyer through the marketing funnel
Be a self-directed, proactive individual who can think at an enterprise level and develop trusted relationships in a highly matrixed organization
Balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
Be comfortable presenting findings to all levels of stakeholders
Bring a strategic mindset with high attention to accuracy
Duties and Responsibilities
Collect and analyze website performance data from multiple tools, including Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Demandbase, and Marketo
Collaborate with data analysts across all paid and owned channels
Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards that communicate digital marketing performance and insights to stakeholders
Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements to the user journey, including personalization, engagement, and conversion
Design and analyze A/B testing experiments to optimize website strategies
Work with marketing, design, and technology teams to align strategies and implement data-driven improvements.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with Adobe Analytics team to optimize use of tracking tags, pixels, and the analytics infrastructure for accurate reporting
Inform digital marketing planning by recommending KPIs and prioritizing site enhancements
Ideal candidates will offer
Bachelor's Degree, MBA or master's degree a plus
6+ years of relevant, strategic experience included
Digital marketing experience on a B2B, analytically driven marketing team preferred
Understanding of user experience (UX) best practices, including accessibility
Experience with marketing analytics, website strategy, SEO/GEO, and digital best practice
Knowledge of and experience with website analytics tools - Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Marketo a plus, but not required
Ability to foster collaboration in a dynamic organization, valuing others' perspectives and leading teams toward a common objective
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to project confidence, composure, and subject matter expertise
Health care experience a plus
