Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, viral marketing, and fan engagement. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing and working alongside our marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for our artists and music catalog that drives overall awareness, sales, and streaming consumption. This role will be responsible for working directly with Nice Life artists, their representatives, as well as other departments within Nice Life.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for Nice Life artists based on current marketplace trends and artist audience demographics.
Assist in managing and maintaining multiple fan accounts for artists across the Nice Life roster. Engage with fans, developing and fostering thriving online communities. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Ideate creative marketing campaigns to grow audiences on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Twitch, Discord, & Reddit.
Assist artists in producing content across socials – Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Spotify Clips and other platforms as needed.
Assist in the creation of engaging social media content that aligns with artist branding and storytelling and project timelines, including but not limited to posts with captions, graphics, and videos.
Support the development and execution of influencer campaigns in-house and with third‑party agency partners. Continuously analyze the health and performance of campaigns.
Create and implement digital assets including, but not limited to, short form social content, advertising assets, websites, UGC content campaigns, etc.
Monitor artists’ online presence to ensure consistent posting, up to date images, playlists, etc. Assist with the occasional shooting of social content, primarily using a phone but also with other equipment. Quickly edit and use this content to maximize engagement.
Collaborate with all team members to drive marketing efforts through a digital lens including, but not limited to A&R, streaming / commercial revenue, marketing, radio and sync licensing.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content) to develop engaging marketing content.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision‑making.
Requirements
2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
A strong finger on the pulse of trends in social media, digital content, music, and pop culture.
Expertise in social media and photo / video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and CapCut.
