We’re looking for an Agent Onboarding & Marketing Launch Coordinator who can deliver a transition so seamless, so elevated, and so turnkey that agents feel the difference from day one. Responsibilities Agent Onboarding

Become the primary point of contact for every new agent — guiding them from commitment to full activation.

Coordinate license transfers, system access (email, CRM, MLS, proprietary systems), and full internal setup.

Manage onboarding timelines with precision, ensuring every milestone hits on schedule.

Facilitate welcome calls, leadership introductions, and cultural integration so agents feel at home immediately.

Collect and verify all required documentation (ICAs, W‑9s, headshots, bios, etc.) with accuracy and professionalism.

Marketing Launch

Ensure headshots, yard signs, business cards, and branded collateral are ordered, approved, and delivered with precision.

Manage the setup of agent bios, email signatures, websites, and social profiles — all aligned with THE REZERVE’s brand standards.

Coordinate launch announcements, welcome posts, and digital introductions that position each agent with prestige and intention.

Enter new listings into the MLS systems (FMLS, GAMLS, and any applicable platforms) with accuracy, compliance, and brand‑aligned presentation.

Create property marketing collateral for print, digital, and social media — including brochures, flyers, social graphics, email blasts, and listing packages.

Maintain ongoing updates and marketing support to ensure every agent’s brand presence remains consistent, professional, and elevated across all channels.

Experience & Retention

Deliver a white‑glove onboarding journey that reflects our core pillars: ownership, wealth, and excellence.

Anticipate challenges and implement proactive, concierge‑level solutions.

Track onboarding KPIs — launch timeline, satisfaction feedback, retention data — to refine processes over time.

Continuously improve workflows with smart automation and feedback loops.

Success Looks Like

Every agent feels supported, informed, and energized through their entire onboarding journey.

Marketing + onboarding materials are launched within 3 days of joining.

Agent satisfaction and retention remain in the top quartile of the industry.

Qualifications

3+ years in real estate operations, agent services, or brokerage administration (preferred).

Master-level organization and project management skills.

Warm, approachable communication paired with a polished, professional presence.

Familiarity with MLS systems, CRMs, marketing tools, and brokerage operations.

A brand-minded eye for detail — you protect aesthetics and consistency.

Compensation $68,000 – $80,000 yearly
