A U.S.-based company based in Los Angeles, we are looking for our first full‑time Product Designer. This role reports directly to the CTO and is ideal for someone who wants to lay the groundwork and design system for a growing organization that values design as a core competency. You will be actively working on the design of our products, features, and overall marketing/design needs of the business. What You’ll Do

Define and refine user journeys for our primary product suite. Design and prototype interactions for an AI‑driven research product. Collaborate with Product Managers and Full‑stack Engineers to bring design concepts all the way into production. Validate shipped features and recommend improvements based on user feedback and product analytics. Contribute to roadmapping and scoping by shaping requirements and estimating design effort. Requirements

5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of your work. Experience with interaction design, information architecture, and design systems. Knowledge of Figma, prototyping tools, and user testing. Ability to solve complex problems and build user‑friendly solutions. Nice to Have

Some knowledge of UX/Data‑Viz design. Some experience with marketing/promotional design. Comfort working in a startup or fast‑moving environment. Benefits
