Position Description Boardwalk is seeking a Marketing Brand Specialist who enjoys planning, organizing, and making sure every detail comes together the right way. This role supports corporate events, employee engagement events, and community activities, ensuring each reflects our brand standards and company values. You will help bring our brand to life in physical spaces by coordinating event logistics, managing on‑site brand execution, and reviewing brand usage across signage, materials, and giveaways. Your work will help Boardwalk show up in a consistent and polished way for employees, customers, partners, and the communities we support. This role is a good fit for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing many moving parts. You will work closely with teams across the company to ensure every experience is well‑planned, well‑branded, and aligned with Boardwalk’s purpose.
Key Responsibilities Brand Activation and Representation
Make sure Boardwalk’s brand is reflected clearly and consistently across all events and touchpoints.
Review and approve event‑related brand usage, including signage, banners, presentations, apparel, and promotional items.
Work closely with the brand director to maintain alignment with our visual identity and brand standards.
Support the development and placement of branded materials for events and partnership activities.
Event Coordination and Execution
Coordinate and support logistics for corporate events, employee engagement events, and community events.
Serve as the on‑site point of contact to ensure events run smoothly and meet expectations.
Work with vendors, facilities, and internal teams to manage set‑up, materials, schedules, and technical needs.
Ensure events present Boardwalk in a positive and professional way.
Continuous Improvement
Track event performance, attendee feedback, and brand needs to identify improvements.
Maintain knowledge of brand best practices, signage options, displays, and event materials.
Bring ideas that improve event quality, efficiency, and consistency.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Several years of experience in corporate events, brand activation, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage logistics, timelines, and multiple projects at once.
Comfortable working on‑site at events and coordinating with internal and external partners.
Understanding of brand standards and the importance of consistent brand representation.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Experience supporting corporate or community partnership events.
Familiarity with branded materials, signage vendors, and event production processes.
Basic understanding of visual identity and brand guidelines.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
