Nasdaq MarketSite Events – Event Producer
Join Nasdaq’s MarketSite Events Team, based in modern Times Square offices in New York. This role supports and collaborates with internal partners to manage and execute listed and newly listed company events, client meetings, and daily Opening and Closing bell ceremonies across a range of global clients. As an Event Producer you will: Plan and execute issuer and non‑issuer events related to Opens/Closes at the MarketSite with market capitalisation below $5 B. Produce live broadcasts and recorded programs, including daily Nasdaq Opening & Closing Bell Ceremonies, client interviews, and First Trade Celebrations. Plan and execute internal and external meetings such as analyst days, press conferences, receptions, cocktail parties, dinners, and product launches. Coordinate with Catering, AV, Broadcast, Facilities, and Creative Teams to manage and execute events. Lead tours and photo‑op requests. Provide superior customer service and hospitality to all clients. Build and nurture relationships with issuers and non‑issuers to increase revenue opportunities. Liaise with vendors to market and generate awareness of the MarketSite and grow sales revenue. Manage daily bookings of MarketSite Opening/Closing bell ceremonies with short notice, identifying timely world‑wide events. Take initiative on new, impactful projects and demonstrate curiosity for learning. Educate the organization on leveraging the MarketSite for increased exposure and revenue. Use creative approaches to promote clients’ brands through Opening/Closing bell events. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, marketing, or hospitality. 2–4 years of event, client experience, and/or broadcast production experience. Client‑facing role with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Comfortable making effective presentations in demanding circumstances and interacting with C‑level executives. Sound decision‑making ability and workload management skills. Strong multi‑tasking, marketing project timeline development, and problem‑solving skills. Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and managing event awareness. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Monday.com. Hybrid Work Arrangement : 4 days in office per week after the initial 90‑day onboarding period (5 days in office required during onboarding). Base salary: $66,000 – $109,900.
