We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will help build the n6 brand, support marketing and sales initiatives, manage events, and engage the scientific community. Your work will directly amplify products like iconPCR™ and AutoNorm™, helping bring their impact to a global audience. This is a hands‑on position where you’ll bring ideas from concept to execution while working closely with our Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, plan, and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and local events.
Ensure all event logistics, materials, and on-the-ground details are executed seamlessly.
Help create memorable experiences that highlight our platform to the scientific community.
Social Media & Digital Presence:
Create, schedule, and publish on‑brand social media content across platforms.
Maintain a consistent posting cadence and monitor engagement.
Develop engaging, curiosity‑driven messaging that resonates with scientists.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaign materials.
Assist in creating sales enablement tools and assets for reps and distributors.
Use HubSpot to track leads, analyze engagement, and help support funnel activity.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support strategic planning.
Identify trends and opportunities within the genomics and biotech ecosystem.
Provide insights to help guide campaigns, positioning, and content strategy.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Work directly with the Director of Marketing for prioritization, planning, and review.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear communication and follow‑through.
Support other marketing initiatives as needed in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to prioritize, switch gears quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creative storytelling ability.
Experience with digital marketing tools (HubSpot a plus), social media platforms, and basic analytics.
Comfortable collaborating, receiving feedback, and learning new tools or processes.
Bonus: Curiosity or foundational understanding of biology, chemistry, or sequencing technologies.
Fast‑paced, collaborative startup environment.
In‑office work preferred (located in Pleasanton, CA).
Requires regular communication with marketing, sales, and cross‑functional teams.

Occasional travel may be required for conferences or field events.
