We are seeking a Creative Director, Experiential to lead the vision and execution of immersive brand experiences that resonate with audiences through culture, design, and storytelling. This role blends creative direction, spatial design, and concept development to transform abstract ideas into tangible, memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate across strategy, design, and production teams to craft integrated experiences that are visually compelling and culturally relevant. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee execution from concept to on-site activation, and serve as a creative ambassador in client-facing discussions. Accountabilities
Define and execute the creative vision for experiential activations, including events, pop-ups, installations, stunts, and integrated campaign experiences.
Lead multidisciplinary teams through ideation, visual storytelling, and spatial concept development.
Translate brand insights into experiential concepts, guest journeys, and sensorial moments.
Collaborate with strategy, design, and production teams to ensure creative direction aligns with project goals and brand standards.
Oversee creative outputs from concept through on-site execution, ensuring fidelity and quality.
Present creative concepts to clients and partners, bridging vision with practical execution.
Mentor teams and foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and creative experimentation.
Manage relationships with external creative partners, including designers, fabricators, and collaborators.
Qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within experiential, brand, or integrated agency environments.
Proven track record of delivering concept-driven, multidisciplinary brand experiences.
Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial storytelling, creative innovation, and cultural fluency.
Expertise in experiential ideation, creative direction, and design development.
Strong client presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
Hands‑on familiarity with production and fabrication processes.
Ability to inspire, direct, and manage teams with empathy, vision, and creative rigor.
Ability to translate creative concepts into practical, executable experiences with attention to detail.
