Contract Logistics AOG Expeditor – Haltom City, TX
Join Kuehne+Nagel as a Contract Logistics AOG Expeditor in Haltom City, TX. You will manage end‑to‑end warehousing operations, ensuring timely delivery of aircraft parts and orchestrating shore‑to‑air logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Timely arrival and readiness to work at assigned starting time.
Process incoming customer orders via call or email, verifying AOG status on shipments.
Input all shipment information accurately into our in‑house software, AEL.
Determine airport flight options, liaise with local offices, and secure necessary documentation for imports/exports.
Coordinate domestic transport and communicate status updates.
Resolve shipment issues promptly and proactively.
Qualifications
Standard forklift experience required.
College degree preferred and 5+ years of airfreight experience.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
Customer‑service orientation and teamwork.
Accurate and rapid data entry skills.
Sense of urgency and high energy.
Work Schedule Saturday–Sunday 6:30 am–6:30 pm, Wednesday 4:00 am–4:30 am.
