Compensation Base pay: $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr.

Primary Responsibilities

Helps to meet targeted revenues by ensuring rent and fees are collected and posted in a timely manner, making financial bank deposits as needed, and assisting with the preparation of monthly financial status reports.

Helps to oversee the leasing process by approving prospective resident applications, renewal leases, conducting periodic apartment inspections, following proper notice requirements, evicting residents, and imposing and ensuring late fees and other charges are posted and collected as allowable and stated in the terms of the lease.

Responsible for collecting all monies due, and managing delinquencies according to CS Living Delinquency policies and procedures, and does so to achieve or outperform delinquency KPIs as directed by the Community Manager and/or Regional Manager/Director.

Assists with keeping the RADIX market survey up to date to ensure that current market and economic trends are correctly represented that may impact the community and assists the Community Manager in implementing short and long‑range marketing and leasing strategies to achieve the community’s occupancy and revenue goals.

Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions and requests in a timely manner and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.

Ensures the community’s maintenance team members comply with the Company’s standards with respect to responding and completing resident service requests.

Assists with the conducting of regular community inspections and takes appropriate actions to ensure that the physical aspects of the community, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety, cleanliness and general appearance and appeal.

Completes various accounting, financial, administrative, and other reports and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

High School diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.

Demonstrated management and supervisory skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members, including maintenance specialists.

Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell, and explain apartment features and benefits, and answer questions about the community’s operation.

Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs to complete required reports and employment documents.

Strong proficiency in using community management software (preferably Yardi and/or equivalent).

Ideal candidates will bring a deep understanding of property management processes, including leasing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance with regulations.

Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages to complete financial records, budget, and other fiscal reporting information.

Work Hours Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends; hours may vary to meet the business needs of the community.

Work Location Onsite at our properties. Team members work in an office environment but may also have frequent exposure to outdoor elements where temperature, weather, odors and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous. Routine local travel may be required to make bank deposits, attend training classes or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of daily responsibilities.
